If you or your group would like information about booking the Etta & Joseph Miller Performing Arts Center, please contact Russell Warning or Susan Bass at the Miller Center management office. Our facilities are booked by school year, August to July, starting the previous January for the general public. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations earlier than this. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to an event.

For a copy of our rental agreement and current fee schedule, please contact the Miller Performing Arts Center management office.

Rental options at the Miller Performing Arts Center include:

  • Auditorium: Fees for the auditorium include a daily rental fee for the facility, an additional user's fee for consumable goods, and a separate refundable deposit required for use of the auditorium. The auditorium features a custom-made 7'6" Shigeru Kawai VII semi-concert grand specifically voiced for the auditorium. The pianos are tuned quarterly and are kept within reasonable tolerances for temperature fluctuation and humidity; on-demand tuning can be arranged for an additional fee. We also have a 20'x20' Da-Lite front projection screen, hung permanently downstage, which is available for an additional fee outside of the regular rental charge.
  • Art Gallery: Artwork displays in the Railton Art Gallery are arranged monthly. Please contact the Management Office for current gallery fees and regulations. You may also download a gallery rental agreement here.
  • Atrium: The atrium seats 84 with provided tables and chairs. It features a mezzanine and balcony to accommodate musicians and performers, and has a 5'10" Shigeru Kawai II baby grand piano, and a Rodgers Jamestown II electric organ. Limited kitchen facilities are available to allow for food preparation. Use of the atrium is included in the rental fee for the auditorium, however, the atrium can also be rented separately.
